Each year CSBA invites our SenseCX clients to our Annual Quality Assurance Workshop – to help them create better experiences – for customers and staff.

The program of each workshop is carefully designed to ensure that attendees walk away from the event with a host of different ideas and initiatives that they can take back to their team. While the program does vary each year, typically it includes :

  • a variety of different, highly regarded, speakers and presenters.
  • tips, tools and tactics to help you make the most of SenseCX.
  • thought-provoking presentations and interactive sessions focussed on customer experience and employee engagement.
  • the SenseCX Awards.
