We work with over 40 Universities, TAFEs and vocational colleges across Australia and New Zealand. CSBA have contributed to a wide range of industry associations and forums to develop industry wide understanding of the local and international competition for students driving the industry.
CSBA also works in partnership with ATEM to help the sector assess and compare Customer Service Standards. Each year CSBA sponsors a Customer Experience Excellence award at the Student Services Conference.
