Squarely focussed on helping superannuation funds create better customer experiences, each year the program:

  • takes delegates through the key findings and insights of the latest wave of member and employer research.
  • features a variety of different, highly regarded, speakers and presenters – from inside and outside of the superannuation sector.
  • provides delegates with a host of ideas, insights and initiatives they can take back to their fund and use to create better experiences for their members and employers.
