Fees for 2021 to be invoiced in full upon registration, with 2022 fees to be invoiced in December 2021. Fee covers cost of interviews undertaken by telephone, online surveys, insights reports, access to online dashboard reporting and registration for two attendees at annual forum. A refund or credit of 50% will be provided for withdrawal from program only with more than 90 days notice prior to interviewing in writing.
