Mystery Shopper

At CSBA we are passionate about helping companies understand, measure and improve the level of Customer Service.

As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating and making detailed observations on your customer service experience.

Successful candidates must have the ability to:

  • Confidently make mystery shopping visits
  • Remember details of the interaction at the visit
  • Document their experience and observations in a comprehensive online report, with reliable access to the internet and a computer
  • Successfully communicate in both spoken and written English to ensure they can document their experience.

Employment is on a casual basis and previous experience as a Mystery Shopper would be an advantage but not essential.
