As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for evaluating and making detailed observations on your customer service experience.
Successful candidates must have the ability to:
- Confidently make mystery shopping visits
- Remember details of the interaction at the visit
- Document their experience and observations in a comprehensive online report, with reliable access to the internet and a computer
- Successfully communicate in both spoken and written English to ensure they can document their experience.
Employment is on a casual basis and previous experience as a Mystery Shopper would be an advantage but not essential.
