Fees shall be invoiced and payable prior to the start of each fieldwork wave. Where multiple waves are included in the program registration, fees will be invoiced proportionately according to the number of waves the fund is registered for. Fee covers cost of fieldwork, insights reports, access to online dashboard reporting and registration for two attendees at annual forum. By signing this Registration Form you are agreeing to participate in the CSBA FEAL Customer and Experience Benchmark program and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined as well as CSBA standard Terms and Conditions. A refund or credit of 50% will be provided for withdrawal from program only with more than 90 days notice prior to interviewing in writing.
