Project Officer
Sarah comes to the position of Project Officer with two years of mystery shopping experience with the CSBA fieldwork team. She is in her final year of completing a Bachelor of Commerce at The University of Melbourne, with majors in Marketing and Management. She has had work experience in customer sales, developing a strong appreciation for good customer service. She has also had work experience in the advertising industry, liaising between clients, account managers and creative experts, working towards optimising the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
