Justin Eales has over 7 years experience in market research with an emphasis on customer satisfaction studies. He has been involved in the management and quality assurance of contact centres for over 6 years, covering both inbound and outbound services.
Justin has worked to improve services for a variety of industries within Market research and Quality Improvement programs. Justin's passion for effective research methodologies has been utilised in the development of a range of quality assurance programs for a number of ‘blue chip‘ clients for CSBA.
At CSBA Justin is responsible for the development and implementation of a number of third party quality assurance programs, and is keen to lend his expertise to our valued clients.
Prior to his engagement with CSBA, Justin worked as a consultant assisting research companies in getting the most from thier fieldwork staff; conducting interviewer & supervisor training sessions, quality audits and assisting with the deveopment & implementation of QA programs. His expereince covers all aspects of social and market research fieldwork, as well as programming, coding and analysis, methodology development (questionnaire & sample), etc.
