Participants can share their individual information if they wish or remain anonymous, but everyone learns how their overall association performs and their relative place in it.
The program is designed to be conducted annually to provide tracking and culminates in a one day workshop each year. A minimum of 20 participants is required to make the program viable.
All participating members are surveyed in the same way so the data is directly comparable and the cost is very economical as the set up costs are shared. The opportunity to share and compare information with your industry peers is invaluable.
