Glendon has over three year’s experience working in the research industry, working on both market and social research projects. Glendon has extensive experience measuring customer and community satisfaction, in both the public and private sectors.

 

Glendon has managed research projects for a wide range of organisations, including local government, tertiary education, private companies and individuals, and has developed a broad understanding of the drivers of both customer and community satisfaction.
