Debbie Gemmell has worked as a senior market researcher in Australia for over ten years.  She has extensive retail and FMCG research experience across a broad range of issues, categories and brands.  Additional experience in financial services and property contribute to her skills.

 

Debbie has an in-depth knowledge of customer service and what can make a good customer experience great!

Debbie’s strengths include understanding consumer behaviour, project management/consulting, and planning.

She is skilled in all aspects of qualitative and quantitative research across a range of industry sectors, including project design, project execution, quantitative survey design, conducting focus groups & depth interviews, analysis and presentation of insights.

 

Research expertise includes:  customer satisfaction evaluation, brand analysis & positioning, market segmentation, new product development, sensory testing, communications evaluation & tracking.

 

Debbie's academic qualifications include:

  • GradDip Retail Studies

  • Diploma Marketing Research
