The work of our Associates involves a range of services that help our Clients really get value from the Market research work we conduct. It involves high level thinking and consulting skills.
Typically our Associates have at least 10 years experience in Management of a Customer Service Role. They have an excellent track record in developing and implementing effective Customer Service Improvement Programs.
