Adam Rowland

Adam joined CSBA in August 2011 as Operations Manager. Adam is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of CSBA’s business, ultimately maximising the quality and value of outputs provided to CSBA’s clients.

 

Adam brings over a decade of experience working across all aspects of market research and mystery shopping, including best practice data collection and consultation. Adam has held operations management roles across a diverse range of organisations in the UK And Australia, in both the private and public sectors.

 

Immediately prior to CSBA, Adam was a Director with Ipsos Public Affairs, working extensively on benchmarking, tracking and satisfaction/experience research on behalf of primarily public sector clients. Adam is fully accredited as a Qualified Practising Market Researcher (QPMR).
