Good Customer Service Wins Students

How does yours compare?

At CSBA we know that every enquiry is an opportunity to win students. Excellent Customer Service communicates the unique benefits of your institution and influences student decision making.

But how do you know if you can improve your customer service and increase student enrolments?

2010 Tertiary Education Sector Benchmarking Program

Now in its third year, CSBA’s Annual Tertiary Education Sector Benchmarking Program is run in conjunction with the Association for Tertiary Education Management (ATEM). Participants in the 2010 Tertiary Education Sector Benchmarking Program receive:

  • A customised benchmarking report

  • Analysis of their institutions customer service performance

  • Comparison to the Tertiary Education Sector and Benchmark

Excellence In Telephone Customer Service Award

Participants in CSBA’s 2010 Tertiary Education Sector Benchmarking Program will also be in the running to win the much coveted Excellence In Telephone Customer Service Award for 2010.

The University of Western Sydney were the winners in 2009 and Deborah Moldrich, Contact Service Centre Manager at UWS, had this to say:

“In the competitive tertiary environment every opportunity to communicate our Institutions benefits, and build a strong positive relationship with our potential students, is extremely important. The benchmarking results show our commitment to providing quality customer service which has been shown to be some of the best in Australia.”

The award will be presented to the winning Institution at the 2010 ATEM Student Service Centres Conference, to be held 29-30 April 2010 in Sydney.
