Sue Khoo is an experienced market researcher. Her experience covers many industries and research methods.
Sue has a Master in Communications specialising in Corporate Identity, and Glocalisation in Cultural Studies.
She is experienced in complex qualitative and quantitative research, including questionnaire design, project development, management of fieldwork and reporting.
Sue has a strong understanding of how business relationships are established, maintained, and terminated.
Sue is CSBA’s lead account manager for complex mystery shopping projects.
Her recent projects include studies understanding and measuring the customer experience in high-end property development nationally, customer satisfaction studies, and business improvement tracking.
