OUR TEAM EXPANDS AS OUR BUSINESS GROWS

CSBA is growing rapidly and to make sure that we can continue to provide the best customer service ourselves, we have appointed four new team members, gaining an extra 50 years’ experience in the process!

Latest recruits Richard Gaze, Estefanie Sousa, Felicity Bright and Miguel Martins have joined the CSBA ranks, adding significant skills in market research, systems development, report writing and customer satisfaction surveys.

As Senior Account Manager, Richard will forge even stronger client relationships to deliver a superior customer service, something that Managing Director, Paul van Veenendaal is very excited about.

“Richard is great at identifying client solutions capabilities and his breadth of client experience will be of enormous benefit to all our customers,” Mr van Veenendaal said.

“He has vast experience in financial services market research and in the last 12 months has been delivering client projects for a well-known and respected Australian market research firm.

“His extensive line management experience, broad knowledge and interpretation of statistical and research tools and sound financial services knowledge means our clients will be able enjoy even more informed and in-depth decision making.”

Richard brings to CSBA clients a host of skills in the key areas of:

-       Customer satisfaction and loyalty research
-       New product development and pricing research
-       Advertising tracking
-       Public relations research

Felicity and Estefanie will take up the positions of Market Research Project Manager and Market Research Project Officer respectively.

“The experience and skills of these two team members will further enhance CSBA’s capability in market research,” Mr van Veenendaal said.

“We will be able to take on more exciting projects and continue to serve our existing and growing client base.”

Estefanie has developed an extensive portfolio of work with clients in the telecommunications, automotive, banking, government departments, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and pharmaceuticals industries.

Further extending the research capability at CSBA, Felicity has a strong background in all stages of the market research process from problem definition, research design, field work and analysis through to final report preparation and recommendations.

With a solid track record in the design and implementation of online Business Development Solutions, specifically within the market research industry, Miguel, as Special Project Manager, will assist in refining processes, technology and automation of reports.

“Miguel has the unique combination of astute business acumen and information system expertise which enables him to achieve measurable outcomes efficiently in various data collection environments,” Mr van Veenendaal said.

Previously, Miguel held senior positions with some of the world’s largest and most recognised research organisations including the roles of research director and operations manager, senior information management executive and data processing executive as well as analytical and supervisory roles.

Customer service is the touch stone of any business and understanding and then measuring it can help dramatically improve an organisation’s performance.

“I think the reason we are growing in this tough market is because organisations want to know how good their customer service is and what can be done to improve it so that they better understand their performance to gain a competitive advantage,” Mr van Veenendaal said.

“That is why CSBA is committed to delivering the highest standards of work and helping our clients improve their customer service.”

“Adding to our team ensures that as demand for our services increases we continue to keep our skill sets at the leading edge so we are primed to meet the expectations of our current and future clients.”
