Jason O'Driscoll

Operations Manager 

 

Jason looks over the internal operations of CSBA. Jason has a Bachelor of Business and Administration degree with majors in Marketing and Management, he also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.

 

Prior to working at CSBA, Jason returned to Australia after working as a Marketing/ Business Development Executive in the media industry in London for two years. Prior to heading overseas, Jason worked as a Workforce Analyst at Sensis. It was his responsibility to ensure that the White Pages Call Centre was run at an optimal level of efficency, while maintaining targeted service levels. Jason brings with him extensive call centre technology, productivity and operational knowledge to CSBA.
