Irwin Proud has had over half a decade of experience in customer service across various industries and channels, he more recently worked with one of Australia’s largest Finance companies.
 
Irwin is highly adept in computer systems and has a fantastic understanding of tools and systems used in collecting and reporting customer service data results.
 
Irwin manages projects from Insurance to Tertiary industries and has exceptional knowledge and experience working with Local Government. 
 

Irwin has worked on and has managed  a variety of different programs with CSBA such as face to face, email, call and website benchmarking.
