Helen has recently joined CSBA as a Market Research Analyst.

 

Helen has a background in Marketing and Product Management, primarily in the customer services sector. Helen has over 10 years experience in managing client customer relationships across many different industries - including Media, Local Government, Sporting and IT industries.

 

Helen also has extensive experience in analysing and reporting both quantitive and qualitative data and is currently working towards compelting her PhD in Marketing (focusing on customer satisfaction and subsequent purchase intention).
