Estefanie Sousa started her working life in the Customer Service industry and after a few years, moved over to the Market Research industry, where she has been for the last ten years.

At CSBA, Estefanie enjoys combining both of these passions (customer service and market research) to provide high quality project management and support to our clients.

Estefanie manages the Quarterly Benchmarking Program as well as ad hoc projects.
